Incorrect/Faulty Items
We are very sorry if there is something wrong with your purchase. Please send us an email at info@gogogreene.com with your order number and a description of the fault/incorrect item, feel free to also include images of the fault. We are more then happy to help and will work to rectify the problem as quickly as possible.
Please keep a copy of your return postage receipts as we will reimburse you for these costs if the item is confirmed to be faulty.
Returns
We welcome returns on all items. (Excluding sale items)
Full priced items purchased using a welcome discount code are eligible for a refund.
Customers are required to cover the cost of the return postage (unless your items are deemed faulty by our team).
We do not currently offer exchanges.
Please ensure your return meets our returns conditions before posting back your item. The item(s) must be returned to our warehouse before the refund can be issued.
Conditions:
Request for return must be emailed within 14 days of receiving the package
Returned items must be unworn and in their original condition with all tags still attached.
Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have incurred any signs of wear and tear, including makeup stains or smell of perfume.
Items must be returned in all of the original packaging
How to Return an Item(s):
Simply fill out the form at the bottom of this page or email us at info@gogogreene.com, and be sure to include the following information:

Order number
Item(s) to return
Reason for Return(s)

We will endeavour to get back to you via email as soon as possible and provide you with a Returns Authorisation (RA) Number and the return address for you to send your return to. Please include the RA on a piece of paper inside your package when you post the return. Please wait to receive all required returns information before sending any returns.
We recommend using a traceable service when posting your return, and keeping a record of the tracking details, as we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your item being returned.
Once received, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed at our warehouse. We will send you an email once we’ve processed your refund.
Typically, it takes a few days for the refund to arrive in your bank account, and then the refund is complete. Your refund can only be credited back to the original payment method.
Refunds for returns apply to the purchase price of the garments only.
Customs Duties and Taxes:
Any customs duties and sales taxes paid on your purchase are non-refundable through Gogo Greene. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs office directly.
