Carrier and costs:
We ship all of our orders using Australia Post, this includes international orders.
All orders are subject to flat rate shipping, or free standard shipping on orders above $150 and free express shipping on orders above $300.

*New Zealand standard and express delivery options apply to metro areas, delivery time may increase if you are located outside of the metro zones.
Keeping up to date with your order:
You will receive an order confirmation via email upon purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will then receive an email with your shipping information and a tracking number for your parcel.

How long will it take for your order to arrive?
Please allow 2-7 business days for your order to be dispatched. Shipping timeframes are in addition to our processing times.
Update: Due to the impact of COVID-19, Australia Post has advised some delays to their delivery service.

Duties and taxes:
International customers (outside of Australia), please be aware that regulations for customs duties and import taxes vary from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate of these fees.
We ship on a DDU basis, meaning the recipient will be responsible for paying the customs charges before receiving the package*. The carrier will contact the customer for payment instructions once the charges are calculated and the package is ready for final delivery.
*We are not responsible for replacing or refunding any orders that are stuck in customs clearance.
Changing or cancelling an order?
If you need to change or cancel your order please send us an email right away (info@gogogreene.com) and our team will try their best to accomodate your requests. However, unfortunately we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been dispatched*.

Pre-order:
Pre-order items are processed like a normal order but shipped at a later date. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
